Trash Disposal and Recycling Information

In an effort to avoid trash/recycling related problems at Orchard Run, the following information is intended to acquaint you with the appropriate disposal methods for your trash and recyclables.

The Board of Directors for the Orchard Run Townhouse Condominium (Association) has adopted a Policy Resolution For Trash Pick-Up and Removal (Policy), which was sent to all homeowners at the time it was adopted and is included with all disclosure packages at resale of the home.

Homeowners and Residents need to review and understand the rules and restrictions within the Policy. Any resident found in violation of the trash regulations may be subject to charges and/or fines for each violation as listed in the Policy.

Everyone is asked to cooperate in making trash and recycling disposal successful by adhering to the appropriate guidelines/procedures. Please click on the below links for more information:

Board Meetings

Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings for 2019 are scheduled as follows:
  • January 10, 2019
  • April 11, 2019
  • July 11, 2019
  • October 10, 2019
The Board Meetings are held at UpCounty Regional Service Center 12900 Middlebrook Rd. Germantow
